Any of you heard of the hCG protocol diet? Know anyone who's done it? have you tried it yourself? I'm thinking on trying it, but you know the saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is"? Well it sounds WAY too good to be true ><

Of course it'll work if you're only taking in 500 calories a day.

Of course it'll work if you're only taking in 500 calories a day. Pain does not exist... I'm not doing the injections... those cost a s**t TON of money... (like 500-1000 per 43 day set)
I'm getting the spray, and the thing about it is, it's supposed to boost your metabolism, so that you won't even feel like you need to eat more than the 500 calories. *shrugs* but from the sounds of it, the spray doesn't limit you to a 500 calorie limit, that's only one way to do it....in my dojo

Good luck figuring it out though.
