I've been to Melbourne twice so far and being someone from Adelaide I think it's a nice place. I wouldn't mind living there someday, although I'd have to get used to the new environment.

There's a tram in or near Oakleigh, or do you mean Train?

If I have to tram anywhere from home, it's already too far, because I need to get to the tram first, because there are no trams near where I live.
