Whoa, that seems like a creepy and scary dream!!

it was very symbolic.
I've tried interpreting it; and its actually an interesting message.

Volcano- a sudden burst of emotion
boat - sailing over your problems.
death - out with the old, in with the new.

some things that arent in the picture:
rings - marriage
drums - an important message

Ok the first three things I can pretty much say that they are related to Ashley's death.

1 - You're sad because she died
2 - You are slowly getting over her death
3 - You are moving on and seeing new people

That's just my guess though

In the dream, I was with a man from work who I used to like. He gave me two rings. we were on the boat together, sailing towards to volcano to save the world

I always have dreams about saving the world in some random, crazy a** way.
It rarely means nothing, also. The whole dream interpretation is only really useful when you find meanings for your OWN symbols. Think about it, just a general list of symbols doesn't apply to everyones human brain does it ? If it did we'd all be robotic.
