No. Not really.
About the closest word I can find for Lover is Cyar'ika, which means sweetheart or darling.
To be specific, a non-mando sweetheart would be Aruetii cyar'ika, or Foreigner sweetheart.

Mandalorian.
His training across the world and his willingness to accept other combat styles into his own mark him as Mandalorian. If given the chance, he would prefer to wear armor, but travels light by preference and is always on the move, another mando trait. He is not afraid of utilizing technology when he needs to (such as one noticible instance with a jetpack no less) and does not see battle as the only way to measure a person's worth.
He would pretty much be considered a Mandalorian blademaster.
