I might very well be the 1st person to have noticed this, since I didn't see anything mentioning it anywhere by anyone.
Go to the map. Go to Durem. Notice you can go West to a new screen. From that screen, you can go South and you'll find a Halloween town.
I think they're gonna be adding something soon, probably around Halloween.

I need to talk to Ral about those tickets he's got but the ******** stays up until 2 in the afternoon so he's ******** sleeping at the same time I finally get off work....
