What is your secret? I want and need (for health reasons) to lose weight.

I hate to burst your bubble or anything, but losing weight that fast is actually really unhealthy, and you're more likely to gain it back...

Actually, this diet is pretty healthy, and helps you maintain healthy habits even after you finish the protocol, and helps you maintain the weight. It does sound iffy with how rapid the weight loss is, but this protocol is actually healthy, and it is all fat being lost, not muscle, and also it's all unnecessary fat too, not the needed fat.
