Trust me- they aren't. Blue eyes skip a generation in the firstborns in my family. My Grandfather had it, but his brothers didn't. My uncle has them (Kind of greenish blue) but dad doesn't. I have them, but my brother doesn't.

Sounds like my family. My mom has hazel eyes, my biologiocal father has blue, i have hazel (they change) and my bro has BRIGHT blue.

Because ine will shift a bit in color depending on mood and light.

Mine change with what I wear, colors are blue, black, pink with black, or red. They bring my eyes out. Apparently I am good in red but I don't see how. I will get a picture of me in my purple and black dress, my eyes glow so I am told. My eyes change in my mood as well. Apparently since I am bipolar when I am like all p-oed, they go black.

But I gotta find some special-order contacts. I want a pair that change a few things- such as a 1-way decal in the pupil (like a flaming skull that people see when they look into my eyes but doesn't hinder my vision) and one pair that changes the color of the iris (like.... 1 eye is golden the other is purple.

The second part, do colored contacts the first one with the skull would be awesome but if you walk up to a religious person and they see that they will flip. Then again...that would be awesome as well.
