It's very obvious the Seperatists are the bad guys.

1st they kill people in escape pods, and then they try to destroy a medical station.

Killing people in escape pods is the equivalent of shooting down parachutes and sinking lifeboats.

If a separatist general were in it, I'll bet you the Republic wouldnt think twice about sinking it.

And if you had the chance to disrupt the enemy's ability to wage war, you would do it. It was a militaristically sound target.

Funny thing is, I'll bet no one would even blink if the Republic blew up a major droid reasembling line and repair facility.

Well, destroying droids isn't killing people, etc.

If it was a Sep general, they'd disable and capture it.

Then again, Anakin executed Dooku when he was defenseless, and he was a Jedi even.

Screw it, to Hell with everyone.

well, that's because droids aren't people. Clones, while clones, are still people. It's totally different.
