Also, I just realized that's a beautiful SKS RC appears to be using tapco 20 rounders. it's one of the few things tapco got right, along with the AK stock and handguards he's using on his saiga conversion.
I had a few in tan to match the stock I had for my old SKS

Capt Buckner CTO uryu ishida Just got a CZ-75BD for $530 OTD. Now the distributor just has to get them in stock and send one to the shop. The 590 SPX I wanted still isn't in stock at any of the distributors. You still in Alaska? You haven't been on live lately. Afghanistan, yo.

More importantly, i see you were issued the Multicam gear.

I'm a FOBbit, so good.
Multican is THE uniform for overseas combat. It's actually called the Overseas Combat Uniform, and so far as I've seen, Army and Air Force both wear it, the Marines still have their own, and I have yet to actually see a Navy person even though we have a bunch of SeaBees on the FOB.
I'm actually on fairly often, I just don't go to Gaia or the GGE often. Mostly I just cruise over the ED without signing in. I'm using a .gov computer so I can't do much, and there's not much I want to comment on.
I've been putzing around with my gear lately. I changed from 3 two-mag pouches on the front flap to the Tactical Assault Panel (TAP) after trying to shoot prone with 6 magazines on my stomach. It just has 6 single-mag pouches spread flat, a lot closer. BUT, it's a separate thing that I have to un-clip if I want to take the vest off. And it makes me move my first aid pouch closer to center, which puts it right in the way.

SpeedmanRC Fresnel SpeedmanRC once I run a few more rounds I will get used to the 6'oclock hold. I am used to point of aim like I use on rifles. Should do point of aim on both. Or six o'clock on rifles, but only in target shooting. yeah, I looked the owners manual again and it has should be point of aim...well I was using 115gr fmj...I wonder if it's set up for some other load? More likely to be distance. Perhaps you were too close?

I wouldn't think so, though.
