Hogwarts Grounds

[techpriest35]

*runs through the grounds with a urn full of ashes*
*goes over to large bonfire made by kamilia and throws ashes in while chanting some odd spell*
*shies away from the bright light of the fire*
*laughs as the spell is complete and the souls of the dead start to rise and attempt to take over*
*several smi phyisical beings appear and try to meld with the newly summoned vine people*

Professor Umbra walks out of the entrance Hall and onto the Grounds.
She starts to walk in the direction of the Dark Forest, then once she gets to the edge she starts to walk parallel to the forest, then begins pacing back and forth, not noticing the world around her.
When she came out of her train of thought, she saw that there were remains of a bonfire from last night.
Something about the ashes looked weird but she didn't care.
Ironically, next to the the bonfire that had died out, was a handful of pink flowers.
She picked them and walked back up to the Castle.

 

[Insatiable Design]

Crystal finally looks up. She had spent the whole night outside. She yawns and stretches sleepy, and half awake stumbles back towards the castle, too tired to notice the strange things going on around her.

*the possessed vine people begin to stalk both the professor and crystal watching them from the shadows*  

[Nite of Storms]

Sonas comes out of the castle a dreary look on her face. As it begins to rain she notices flocks of other students running back. Shrugging she takes out a lace umbrella and continues her journey to the green house.

Looks wide eyed at what James has done. Before shrugging and saying a spell to protects self. I'll let the others deal with it to tired from staying up all night. Then heads back inside.

*Wanders out onto the Grounds and immediately notices James's handy work.*
"Protego!"
*She casts her protection spell on herself and wanders around the lake. Eventually making her way back around to the castle and walks back in safely.*

*spirit vines laugh at the use of magic and send several lightning bolts at them each*  

[The Queen Lana]

Lana who had been passing across the grounds, saw the new Professor pacing, she watched from a far, and when the Professor left, went to where she was pacing, she saw the remains, and made up her mind to follow the Professor, but when she went to she saw no professor around.  

[Insatiable Design]

There is a -pop- and Crystal magically appears in the lake. She almost suffocates before she reaches the surface. She starts to take a deep breath and suddenly disappears again with another -pop.-  

[Nite of Storms]

Sonas walks around the grounds playing with Ralf.....after a bit they turn back and walk into the castle.  

[DownAzzLette]

Kamalia-Mingan walks out onto the grounds. Stops for a moment to feel the sun on her face. Smiles softly before walking to the edge of the lake. Begins to grab some stones, leaves, moss, and other ingredients she spots as she walks around. Storing them all in a vial.

Sonas brings Henry out onto the lawn and puts a fence around him. She watches him graze opening on of her text books and begins to read, soaking up the cool and crisp air.

On her way back from the Owlery, Chuchube stops for a second just to breathe and relax.

Slappy Silk walks out to the grounds with Lana and asks her should we summon that old quaffle of yours to play more catch?
