Caleb looked a Arion feeling bad for bringing this up when Arion could overhear he had hoped to talk with Bowen first before bringing it up with the master. He looked down then looked back up at Arion. "Master Arion..." he started, hoping he would hear him out.

Arion stopped mid step with his hand on the balustrade, and glanced over at Caleb. Even in this state, he did not want to hold any ill will towards the human. He would at least listen to him.

Reaching into his satchel again Caleb took out an Envelope and walking over he held it out for Arion, the Envelope had Arion's name writen on it in fancy writing. "He, asked me to give this to you." he said hoping the master would take it and read it.

This got a reaction from him, his brows lowered in confusion. Why would Kamen want him to have this? he wondered as he reached forward and took the letter. Slowly opening it, he didnt know what he expected it from him.

Inside was two things, the first was a letter written in the same handwriting as on the outside of the Envelope, it read.

"Please dont give up Master Arion. I hope to see you."

The second item was an invitation to what looked like a dinner party that was dated two days before the wedding date.

Caleb bit his lip wondering what Kamen had him deliver.

Reading that single line made something inside of Arion shift, he didnt know what it was, or why.....Actually he did know why, he could feel whatever it was grow. It was hope, but Arion tried beating it down, he did not want to get hopeful and have it be wrong.

Bowen watched Arion, and noticed a reserved look come over Arions eyes. Just like Caleb he also wondered what had been sent,

Putting the letter back inside the envelope as well as that invitation, he slipped them into the inside pocket of his coat.
Reaching forward he did the same as Bowen, placed his hand on Calebs head and gave it a pat, something that had actually rubbed off of Bowen "Thank you Caleb" was all he said, with a small nod and smile he turned around and began walking up the stairs.

Caleb blinked as Arion read the letter then reached out and pet his head, he blinked again, he was used to Bowen doing that, not Arion so the gester surrised him. When Arion thanked him and headed upstairs he looked at Bowen again.

Bowen noticed Caleb look at him, and returned the stare "Something might have changed" he stated as he wondered about that reserved look, its never really come up before, maybe twice before.In this case Bowen didnt know what it meant, and could only hope for the best.

Bowen took in a deep breath and let it out in a sigh "I do not know young Caleb. I just hope it is. This is the first time I have seen him like this over anyone" he quietly said. It was true, Arion had never quite been interested in others, he rarely spoke to others, only people he actually socialized with were the workers within the mansion.
Arion rarely even talked to his workers in the city, in truth, he only spoke to one, and thats was once a month, their guest.

Caleb looked down then and nodded a lttle then looked up at Bowen again. "Is it okay if I go and rest?"

Bowen looked over at him almost wide eyed, feeling stupid that it had passed him, that the lad had just gotten back from a long trip.
"Yes, please do, get the rest you need, I am sure this trip has drained you" he said looking back up at the stairs that Arion had walked up.

Arion was at his room, and had taken the letter that Caleb had given him, looking at his bedside table, he opened the drawer and put in there with the other few important things.
He kept looking at the nice writing on the envelope.
"Dont give up...?" he quietly said to himself, wondering exactly what Kamen had meant by it. What, what could it possibly that Kamen wanted, or why did he send him that dinner invitation? He wondered, once more beating down the hope that tried rising in his chest.
What could Kamen gain by sending him this letter, he continued to wonder as he turned around and headed for his private bath.

Kamen groaned in his head, he smiled kindly as people came up to talk to him, shook his hand and congradulated him but the moment they had looked away the smile faded he looked down then.

The women from t he ca, she had on a white blouse with a short pencil skirt, her hair was tied up in a bun and she had secetary like glasses on, she looked at Kamen. "Come now Kamen smile."

"I'm doing my best Aunt Era" Kamen said as his mind went to Arion, he wondered if he would even show.
