I am sure this has been restated many times in this forum...but may i reiterate the point that Gen Greivous was pretty lame? Sure, he killed Jedi, but he couldn't freakin breathe! You'd think that with all the other cyborg parts, he could just replace his lungs/chest while he was at it....and the hand thing....that bothers me.
