iBarty Ooo..thanks! I bookmarked both of them. I'll have to show my mom the walden farms one for sure. 4laugh Pain does not exist... no problem, they've definitely helped to keep me on track for sure ^^
Also, I forgot one last thing: Miracle Noodles (Shirataki Noodles) made from soluble fiber, they are zero cal, zero carbs, etc... basically a filler with no nutritional value, but they make a great substitute for like, spaghetti, ramen, etc. as they come in different widths, and will not add the poundage that pasta will.
They come in a really gross smelling liquid, so you have to wash them thoroughly before eating, but they can be eaten "raw". People have said the texture is weird, but boiling them for a few moments before eating is said to help the texture issue.
Also, if it matters, it's also completely kosher ^^ you can find order information here Miracle Noodles Also, I've found tofu shirataki noodles at my grocery store, but i can't even have tofu on my diet, so i haven't gotten those, but they're prolly about the same, just with calories and stuff. *shrugs*...in my dojo
