Veronica looked at her chances, they weren't good but it was all right. Yes.. it's all right. A smiled appeared on her face. "Run away from it, Moon." The Shinx tried her best to turn around, though it was more like a half turn, and began to tumble to the Sableye's left. A roll? You're strange. Veronica didn't mind, the shadow ball hit her and caused damage but at least some of the energy was used for acceleration of the roll. Moon kept going in circles, thinking she was getting closer to Poe. Veronica didn't indicate further instruction, it would be pointless to have Moon accidentally hurt herself and she was clearly still confused.

"Cute..." Was all Sub said as he folded his arms. "Poe, come back, I can't have you infected by monkey butt." He said to his ghost, implying the Taunt he took. The trainer recalled his Sableye back to its ball, pocketing the device before taking out another Dusk Ball. "You've done surprisingly well, but can you keep it up? Especially against this next one. Come on out, Auguste!" He cried as he tossed the ball into the air. In a shadowy display, Auguste, the Krookodile would appear with an intimidating roar as its ability, Intimidate, activated. "Time to show them what we're made of! Earthquake!" Sub commanded.

"Dile!" Roared the beast as it slammed its thick tail on the ground, and began to stomp wildly, causing the entire room to shack violently, others in the HQ might feel this Earthquake too. Apparently Veronica got Sub heated up and now he was going all out.

Auguste took the attack, but through its training it knew to try and block as many of the blows as possible, though the monkey was fast, so this was easier said than done. "Attacking head on? Admirable, but foolish when facing Auguste. Use Foul Play." Sub said to his Pokemon. The Pokemon would obey right away as it would grab the monkey attacking it by the throat with one hand, swinging it upward a bit for momentum, and hurling it onto the ground where it would then stomp on the creature. Certainly a most foul and low way to assault someone.

Having gotten that off his chest, Twelve looked at Diva and the Bagon. What were they doing? Playing some kind of game? He watched with general interest until the Bagon was released. It seemed to be calm... uh, no, take that back.. Apparently not all was great in the land of trainer-land...ia... yeah, trainerlandia. The place trainers come from. Now that he thought about it, he never bothered to think about where humans came from. They usually just kinda showed up. Did they have habitats like pokemon did? Well, did their cities count as that? ohsnap! Pokemon should make peopleballs and be people trainers! It would only make sen-

Twelve's thoughts, no matter how genius they were, were suddenly interrupted as he was hit with a Headbutt! He stumbled backwards, using his good hand to rub the throbbing part of his face. Oh, this thing was gonna get it, it was gonna get it haaaaarrrrrd. He took a deep breath, channeling the most water chi he could into one burst, and let loose a Hydro pump straight at the Dragon type! splishsplash!

Chi's arms were aching by the time he stopped. "Thank you..." Veronica was glad that Chi was complimented, she couldn't wait for him to evolve. Chi glanced at Sub, taking a moment to get a better look at the Krookodile. He remembered Veronica once mentioned the chance of getting a Sandile during one of their missions, she never did but it didn't matter, Chi wanted to be the leader and the strongest in the team. This was a pleasure. She kept from speaking, impressed by Auguste's defense. Her thoughts were conclusive, and it made her finally let out a sigh to relax. Yea, this will do indeed. Veronica smiled at Chi without a word, letting him know that there was no out of this one and that she accepted him fainting. With that, Chi took the attack willingly while covering his head and despite how he tried to endure it, the Outrage was too much for the already weakened Monferno.
"Go on, Moon. We'll lose fair and square." Veronica chuckled, taking the sight of the angry crocodile was astonishing -more for Moon than herself though and the Shinx unwillingly went out to the stage. You might have thought I didn't notice. But all you need is a little push... "Tackle, head on!" Veronica wouldn't even give them the thought of the possible surrender she could have suggested. Moon was quite the timid little Shinx but even Havoc sacrificed herself for the team, so Moon would try her best. "Shiiiii!" She screamed out, letting her intimidate ability reach the Krokodile just before running forward to attack. The repeated outrage would be dodged at a distance but once she got closer, the dragon attack became nearly impossible to miss until it hit her. Then the area became covered by an almost blinding light for a moment emitting from where Moon was hit. When the light faded, a Luxio appeared in Moon's place. Yea... You just crave attention, don't you? Veronica couldn't help but smile. Moon was clearly bruised but she continued to finish her Tackle at the least. She could barely handle standing, but a battle had to been seen till the end.

Tsuki looked a little disappointed as the match ended. He thought the Luxio could handle it but Moon wasn't his Pokemon therefore not his choice. He recalled Anubis and Charky to head out to get that 3rd gym badge.
