Flower nodded. "So what are we to do next?" She asked.
Satin wrapped an arm around her shoulder and led her to the rock and sat her down. "There are plenty of good things out there that outweigh the bad things. Let's just say that compared to the bad things, the good things are obeste." Satin grinned a little, trying to make her laugh some.

Grapes thought for a moment and what to do next. "Well, hmmm...." She puts her paw on her chin as she tries to think. "Well, I don't think haveing you help me clean up will get you to learn anything except tidyness is a plus. Perhaps you can take a look at some of the books that are around here."
White cringed slightly as he placed his arm around her shoulders. It had been a while since anyone had held her like that and she had long forgotten what it felt to have the comfort of others. "Yet....I have not yet seen those good things that you speak of...." She hadn't really caught on to what he was saying towards the end.

Flower nodded and looked around at the books, looking for anything that caught her eye. Soon she sat down in one of the chairs with a pile of books beside her.
Satin sighed sadly. "Then it's up to me to show you those things!" He said, trying to get her to smile. "I'm sure if you come with me, you'll see what the good things in life are." He had a plan. Maybe if he showed her some families that were happy together, she would miss her own and want to go back. He didn't want to force her to do anything that she didn't want to do . "I know a few kats that would love to show you a good time." He said, standing up, picking his pack up first. "Then maybe I can teach you how to play the flute, if you want."

Grapes smiled and watched her for a moment, tilting her head slightly. "Well, I guess I'll leave you to study then. If you need anything else just come look for me. I should be around."
White looked up at him, an eyebrow raised curiously. "And why do you want to take it upon yourself to show me those things?" Standing up, she wrapped her robes tightly around herself and watched him for a moment. "My father played the flute..."

Satin grinned and touched her nose. "Because no one should go through the world without experiencing a familie's love. Me, I have no family. I've stayed with a group of faekats who don't know their parents, except for some of the young ones, who have parents in that house. Without expeciencing the love of a family, then no one can really live." He said, nodding with his words. He smiled as she spoke about her father. "Yes, I've heard of him. Rhesos, was it not?" Satin stood up straighter. "Well, let's not dally! Let's get you seeing the best this world's got to offer!" He said, striking a pose.

She blinked and squeaked lightly as he touched her nose. "A families love...." Her eyebrows furrowed again lightly then she looked at him. "I guess it is hard growing up without a family...." She nodded her head when he mentioned her father. "Yes..." White blinked again as she watched him strike a pose...this one was...weird.

"Then let's go!" He said, grabbing her hand and taking off with a light jog. "I know the perfect place!" He said, grinning back at her.

She gasped lightly as he grabbed her paw and lead her off to wherever it was he was takeing her. Though it was kind of hard to keep up with him, White never actually had to run or move at this kind of pace to get anywhere before.

Soon they arrived at a clearing where two parents were with their daughter, just learning to walk. They were both regulars, and both laughing and having a good time with their daughter.
"How cute. She's learning to walk. Would you like to go over?" Satin asked.
**These aren't real kats. They're just here for plot purposes. XD**

White frowned lightly and shook her head. "No, I'd rather not. They look so happy....I wouldn't want to disturb them. Especially since it seems they're haveing a wonderful time watching their baby..."

Satin smiled at her. "It's okay. I know these kats. They'd love it if you played with their baby. They love having others play with their baby. They're proud of her. They want the whole world to see her."

White sighed and shook her head again. "No, I'd really rather not...." She sat down on a log not too far away from where they were standing. Crossing her ankles, she put her paws in her lap and looked down at them.

Satin nodded and sat beside her, pulling out his flute. "It's better just to watch, too." He said. He pulled the flute to his lips and started the tune he had been playing before.

White sighed and listened to him play the flute. It reminded her of when her father would play his own flute for her and her brother. She missed being with her family, but how could she return to them now? After so much time has passed and that she left without any notion of doing so? How could she return to the life she once lived knowing now what kind of world the gods had created? And the kinds of things that world had created.

Satin looked over as he played and frowned some as White Wine looked sadder. He switched tunes to a more lively one.
