That's why when the plague came back, I was dispached to find the 'chosen' unchosen. I've been watching you guys all this time, scouting your potential. That, and...well...I'm but a low-level mystic in the society. There are some that have power that rivals the Gods themselves. Some of them in the Committee believe that the prophecy is meaningless, that unchosen could never do what the Committee has accomplished all these centuries. I feared that you may be in danger from these chosen, so...I've been protecting you guys in the shadows. Now, however, I'm convinced. Which means that if the radicals in the Committee are to strike...it will be soon. Therefore, we need to train and harness that potential that you all have."
