Both transformers movies were good. But nothing beats the death of optimus. for awesomeness.

Depends on what you're looking for. The live action wasn't set in canon universe, it was just there to acquaint us to the characters.

Frankly, I like both of them. And I have to admit, the live action does have the whole "explosion factor" working for it, in terms of pure eye candy. What it lacks in so-called 'story' it makes up for with visual effects enough for me not to care.

I'm not a fanboy of the series, though, so I'm not going to be picky about it. If you like the older one because you're a diehard fan, then so be it. But i ain't a diehard, and i'm not going to try sucking up to anyone who is.

Yes each version has it good points and its down points, the old one has the charm of the old TV show and the new one has the cool action of Michael "seven helicopters" Bay. Then again the old one has Wheelie and the new one has Shia LeBeouf.

Transformers ftw. I am a Diehard fan, and very much much enjoyed the Live Action one. But Orson Welles as Unicron can't be topped.

Did you know that Welles didnt particularly care for that part? He did a spectacular job anyway.

Well yeah, of course he didn't. You go from Citizen Kane to Transformers?

To quote Seth from Superbad "No wonder he ate his fat a** to death."

Just like Michael Bay produced really crappy movies that were no less than beyond boring and a pain in the a** to watch before then.. and then he made a spectacular job.

I think Scott Jhonson from ELR says it best "I feel like he's going to annoy me"

I think he's a good actor. I like him especially in Even Stevens. That was my favorite show back in the day Ballers sittin sideways...

Used to watch that show a good deal, too. I was shunned when I watched it, but now, my cousins and brother love the movie.

Oh, and today, I drew a sick picture. It was a Mandalorian helmet with two wings on the side. And on the top, was a dagger cracking through as well as an arrow going sideways. Then I drew my own version of the Winged SAS Dagger, but at the top it said "Mandalorian" and bottom "Infantry." It had an arrow diagonally on the blade and a branch of t'bacc lol. But, my bud ruined the winged helmet with stoner eyes and a joint LOL. He's a pothead, and managed to figure out what it was. He called it "Boba-Holin" because "Hole" is a verb... "To have been, or be in the process of "holing." Getting High."

Cale, read that "Andrew" dude's post... I feel somewhat annoyed, considering Boba and Jango, are seriously my Idols.
