I have seen the white man or person get denied for their skin color. I applied for a scholarship, had better grades, and overall qualifications ( I am white btw) but my Chinese friend was given the scholarship over me because of his race. So it happend ( I am not a racist and love everyone but that does happen.)

Where in the 80's blacks were given jobs because they were black. but this isnt the 80's, and this is for scholarships.
