Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade had an epic moment.
The Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends float had a song, and halfway through it, they switch to Never Gonna Give You Up.

Black Friday had a fatality at a Wal-Mart.
According to some article I don't remember the link to, a Wal-Mart employee that just opened the doors to the store was trampled by a mad rush of eager customers, and he died because of it.
