White smiled very lightly and started to hum a bit along with his tune. She brought her knees up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. Closeing her eyes, she sighed lightly between humming.

Satin smiled as he played, letting his feelings weave through the music again, wanting to see if she'll dance with it.

White kept herself seated on the log, her knees still to her chest. After a bit, she stopped humming and just looked down at the ground slightly. Not looking at anything in particular.

Satin stopped playing and looked at her. "Are you okay?"

White looked at him out of the corner of her eye, smileing just a bit. Trying to make it seem like she was ok. "Yes, I'm fine." Her tail flicked out from underneath her robes. The vines wrapped around it rustling softly.

Satin handed her his flute. "You want to learn?" He asked.

White frowned lightly and looked down at the flute in her paws. "No, I'm not musical like my father or brother. They're the musicians of the family really. I don't have much interest in it...."

"Really? You look like a musician. Maybe flute isn't your instrument." Satin said. He thought some. "Have you ever tried Violin?"

White sighed and turned away from him, looking down at the ground. "You don't get it do you? I don't want to play any instrument.....I have no want to play an instrument."

White looked out into the distance, the tip of her tail flicking against the log. "I've just never had any desire to play like my father or brother. I guess I just don't have that passion like they do."

"I'm sure you have a passion for something, though. Have you found out what it is?" He asked.

She looked down at the ground and shook her head. "No, I have no clue. Though seeing the world as I have now I don't really see a point as to have a passion for something. Anything at any given time could just ruin it all."

"You must have a passion for something. Whether it be wine making, instrument playing, writing, painting, running, swimming. Everyone has something they're good at and enjoy."

White shook her head, still looking at the ground. "No....nothing. I don't know how anyone could enjoy anything in this horrid world. Sure you can still find little outlets of joy where people love to be. But eventually something comes along and destroys that joy. Weither it be from an outside source or an inside one. Families falling apart at the seams, couples fighting and leaving each other. People dissapearing for god knows how long then finally returning after months of seperation...it's enough to make one want to never love....never have family. Because it always hurts when those things are taken away. The things you really love..."
