Looking at the feather, Reno waved it around, before he tucked it behind his right ear. It poked out of his hair in the back, showing a blue and grey tip. "So, whot else is up?"

Reno turned to the new man who had just walked in. Giving a mock salute, Reno said, " 'Ello there. 'O are you? I am the new guy so excuse me for not knowing." Reno reached back and scratched his head, brushing the feather now resting behind his ear.

"Terashi Toumei," I said to the newcomer as I shook his hand. "Pleasure to meet you."

Then I turned my gaze to the leader. "Yeah, sorry about that. Just been doing a lot of thinking.

My face probably looked a little bit troubled as I said that. Let's face it, I suck at keeping my emotions held in.

I couldn't help smirking at the new guy. Somehow, I remember having that kind of eager feeling when I first joined. I wanted to try to remember what happened to make that go away, but he was looking plenty eager for an answer, and I'd done enough thinking recently.

"I appreciate the thought, but it's kinda personal. But if anybody had a way to find people in need, it'd be Sub, here. If you ever find yourself in need of something to do, Sub's got the hookup."

I certainly thought that was true, anyway.

Lykas had returned from the kitchen after Odd had left and he'd cleaned up after them. He was now in the main lobby with Mykel and Latifah, trying to figure out what the chemistry between them had been. "So....what is it? Why did you two enjoy your battle so much?" He asked of Latifah.

Iunno. I'm not enjoying getting the third degree from the human who stole me from my old one. The effeminate voice of the male Gothorita rang into Lykas' mind.

"He's not so bad once you get used to him." Mykel interjected with a grin.

What would I care? The only reason I haven't blasted him yet is because I like you and you'll get mad if I do. Latifah conjectured, throwing the Kirlia a look of mixed emotions.

"You like him?" Lykas interrupted. "How do you mean?"

I mean, I think I like him. He seems strong and he's definitely not a pushover. I could get used to the idea of partnering up with him. Even if it means putting up with you. Latifah offered. He hadn't meant it the way it was sounding to Lykas but he had to admit the idea of teaming up with Mykel was a tempting one. The strongest team of unevolved Psychic-types in this whole group. Now wouldn't that be something!

"Well thank you Terashi, I take that as a compliment." Sub said with a grin. "As for what needs to be done. You can take some food down to Io's cell, maybe get some info out of her, you know, cake on the kindness and maybe she'll talk. Find out where she found that meteorite, when she did, stuff like that." He said.

"Yep, sure do. A crazy Psychic Channeler named Io. This meteorite here." Sub said pointing to said rock on the table. "Gave her strange Psychic powers, and she progressively went crazy with them." Sub explained. "She can't use them now though, got a chi converter plugged into her with a Dark Gem."
