They don't do it ALL the time at least.
However, that red-haired villain in that Jackie Chan cartoon did that EVERY time he did anything. He'd shout the name of every martial arts move he does as he does it. I'm like, " FFS, shut up! "

Missing00 Very rarely is it cool, when Byakuya says "Zenbon Sakurai, scatter" you cant help but say that is cool Oh, I can help. I think any instance of saying a move's name before it's used is bad. It sounds stupid, and it lets an opponent anticipate a move before it's used.

The thing that's especially stupid is, if they take the time to stand there and say the name of it before they do it, their opponent has that chance to get a cheapshot in.
The only thing even dumber is the fact that in 99% of all anime I've ever seen, the opponent will just stand there and let them finish before doing anything.

Today's new EP of PPG was kinda funny with how it ended.
Mojo Jojo finally does take over the world, and he turns out to be a benevolent villain, brining peace and order. Thing is, nothing but peace gets really boring so he snaps and starts terrorizing again.

Yeah, which is weird because this was the 10th anniversary or something.
How do you have a 10th anniversary to a cartoon that was more or less cancelled and only came back years later?
That's like if we brought back the 1st ever cartoon and called it the 80th anniversary, or however long ago it started, etc. despite the fact it's never been seen since then for decades.
