Freya couldn't help the facepalm at Nova's actions and was mirrored by Buizel once he was finished soaking the fire pig with his Water Gun. "Buizel, dodge it! " The water Pokemon waited until the last second before side stepping out of harms way. If Nova was really unlucky, he'd probably slip on the soaked floor. "Make it rain, Buizel! Now use Water Pulse and kick it up a notch with Aqua Tail!" A huge wall of water was brought up and moved towards Nova, masking Buizel's Aqua Tail attack as he hid behind the wall of water, easily able to break through and lay the hurt down on his fiery opponent.

Nova slid a bit but managed to keep his balance cause if he didn't, he have to touch the soaked field. True that all this water was going to make the grassy field slippery though. The Pignit looked up in fear as he saw the wall of water. "Remain calm. Wild Charge and Rollout through it!" With a nod (and gulp) Nova exploded with electricity surging around his body. Next, he use Rollout with the electricity still surrounding him and plowed through the wall of water. If Buizel was touching that wall he'd be shocked and it also would keep the weasel from touching Nova, physically at least.

Freya frowned and shouted, "Buizel, use protect now! Surround him with Whirlpool and hit him with a Scald!" Water rushed towards the the rolling Pignite, this time starting from his feet and drowning the grassy field in the process. When Nova was almost fully surrounded by water, Buizel shot out scaling hot water.

Breaking from Rollout, Nova's body sparked, Wild Charge taking its recoil damage. Thankfully it wasn't much sice he didn't hit anything solid. Suddenly, he would find himself surrounded by Whirlpool. "Jump up and Flamethrower over. Follow up with Flame Charge" Dan smirked. The pig leaped as high he could before firing a mass of flames to boost himself out of the water trap of death, as he would describe it. With Scald coming his way, the Pignite easily dodged with Flame Charge and made his way for the weasel once again, though this time quicker than before.

"Agility! Dodge now! Dive" Buizel followed every command without hesitation and disappeared into the blue waters that he had created earlier and was still building up with another Rain Dance. They hadn't done much in the way of battling but that didn't mean they hadn't practised. "Double Team then Aqua Jet! Use Aqua Pulse the moment you're close!" Aqua Pulse was a move they had come up with during practise. It was a combination of Water Pulse and Aqua Tail. Being cloaked in water, Buizel didn't even feel the flames as he grabbed hold of Nova, preparing to deliver his attack.

Blizzard120 [ "Way to make yourself look better, Tails." I said, rubbing the back of my head. As far as I could figure, that would be something NOT to say to a baby Pokemon so candidly. The Blitzle, still too young to quite grasp, just continued to munch on the lettuce, staring at Tails. It was as if it was trying to get a joke that it missed completely. "Maybe," said Tails, "But it's just hatched. He's probably fine." With this he stood and went to the fridge himself to poke around for meat. "So, um. How are your Pokemon after that competition?"

Well at least he took out one of Kalana's Pokemon." "Perhaps."

Dan's eyes traced Buizel's movements; Nova's eyes stared in awe (and fear). So many movements made in such a short amount of time, all made possible by Agility. The next thing Nova was concerned about were the several Buizel's coming at him at the same time. But he didn't need to worry since the real Buizel grabbed onto him...and he was dripping wet! WET! Oh the pokemanity, the simple feel of water was just so horrible and now he was going to strike him with his tail! "Pig! Pig Pignite!" he squealed, a slight oink at the end. "Point blank Smog. Push with Arm Thrust. Distance yourself with Flame Charge" Dan called out, still keeping his cool. Suddenly, the Pignite would spew a thick poisonous smoke in Buizel's face. Chances were it'd be too distracted with not being poisoned giving the Pignite a chance to aim two hooves at the weasel's chest to push him away. Even if he missed, he'd jerk away, falling backwards and breaking into a backpedal Flame Charge. Dan couldn't falter or lose confidence because if he did, so would Nova and the battle would be lost.

"He's chilling out a bit though." "Raaaah..." Mawile, who had followed Tristen and Tails all the way to the kitchen, remembered Typhlosion all too well. He didn't care for being sat on.

Trigramatic Tails' ears perked as he leaned away from the fridge. "Is that a hint toward chili?" he asked. I gave a sigh, but it wasn't one of disgust. "Alright. Maybe if you ask nicely..." I then tossed out the Pokeball and released the Typhlosion inside. "Raaaaaahhh..." The Mawile got a bit defensive as Typhlosion came out and started to stretch out. "Well Tails?"

Trigramatic "It's okay," Tails said to Mawile, and shut the fridge to go to Typhlosion. "Heeeey, I heard you were taking kind of a break after your trip with Blizz." "Ty-siooooonnn..." He spoke, then gave a long yawn, stretched a bit more then looked back at Tails. He took notice, however, to Tristen and the Mawile on edge. Typhlosion didn't looked all too amused. He knew how much those bites hurt from a small thing like that. "Typhlosion, Tyails is wondering if you can fix your chili for him." I said. "Ty-sion?" He looked at Tails, as if to ask if its true.

Tails shook his head eagerly. "Yeah. It's been a long while, and I kinda need something spicy. So can you?" As often he did, he played into his height and bright eyes, giving him That Look. "Pleeeaaase?"
