That is a popular misconception of Chedder tech. Too many people buy the low grade Velveta and Kraft grade Cheddar weapons. Ours comes from an official Wisconson Cheddarsmith. It is real Cheddar. Not processed.

@Cale: Well, that'll help out a bit, but I highly suggest you switch as soon as possible to something a bit more flexible, like Gouda, or at the very least upgrade the inhibitors to Roquefort.
