Co-ownership Rights for Namhias between Kiya and IvoryRyu

- Both Have Equal sig, breeding, and Teepee rights.
- Ivory has RP rights
- If he gets 100% stats, Ivory is more than welcome to making him become a elder
- Namhias must stay lifemated with Iro
- Breeding rights are shared (Though both parties will get baskets each time, as I also own Iro)
- I think that covers everything.

I, Mindsend, Give Mahogany Sunset, Co-ownership rights to "Bear 'The Warden'" in a temporary co-ownership.

-- Once Mahogany's breeding is complete, either Mahogany or Mindsend will break the agreement and return full ownership to Mindsend so she can gift another breeding entirely to a Purewalker Newbie.

- Gets FULL CONTROL over the First breeding and does not require Mindsend's approval for their choice in Partner, and can actively hunt for a partner as soon as they are of age (1 Month after becoming an Adult)
-Cannot break the co-ownership to gain full rights: Should Mahogany sunset break the agreement, full ownership returns to Mindsend.

1. Both owners have full signature/teepee rights.
2. Sharingan Spud has full RP rights, unless I ask for her permission to use him in a thread.
3. All breedings would go to Spud, except one. I would reserve the 3rd breeding for myself.
---->3a : She does not need my permission for pairings or lifemates.
- - - - If a lifemate is chosen, I would just get a basket from 3rd breeding instead.

1. Arbitrary must attempt to stick to Regina Mary's Temperament when possible.
2. Any mates/ breeding's MUST be approved by me first (preferably through Gaia PM)
3. Arbitrary has Full rights to First basket From FIRST breeding, I will have Rights to Second Basket from Second Breeding. If there are More than two baskets, the THREE of us (Myself, Arbitrary, and the Other owner) must come to an agreement on what is to happen with the third basket.
4. I must receive links to All RP's (for purposes of keeping track of them in Regina Mary's Tee-pee)
5. That Arbitrary have a good time wink
