stellarmagic They gunned them down at 100 meters. Most soldiers can't even hit a man at 100 meters. Plus its way to far for a grenade toss. And thats why you wear Helmets with HUD's and range finders, kiddies.

There's been a surge in headshots on Iraqi insurgents since we started giving out Aimpoint Scopes for the rifles.
Simple point click interface. rolleyes
Maybe that should be a +2 Bonus on a Rifle's Attack Roll. lol

GLF Comandos-highly motivated soldiers with some combat experience but little formal training and inadequate equipment Storm Commandoes-The Elite of the Stormtrooper Corp equipped with the best tech money can by and the best training possible.

You know... once the third Shield Generator Tower goes down. All I have to say is, "Fire Mission Over: Target at... (Grid Coordinates) fire for effect!" Not even a jedi can stop a Turbolaser Barrage from on high!

In the meantime, the plaguetroopers will just have to use their heavy repeating blasters to just mow them down instead.
As for jedi cheatery, as long as people don't try to expand powers or invent new ones, for the most part they're in the clear...

I'm giving him a chance to run away. A jedi in the open during this type of an engagement is just a blaster sponge. When they have to fight through him in the base itself. Thats when they're utility comes into its own.
EDIT: Oh, the Plaguetroopers can't land until the shield is down and we do a quick preparatory bombardment. I'm sending them straight into that hanger bay!

Ypu're overestimating Graus' intelligence. He's a Jedi Sith Killer. That means he's not going to run like a smart man. He'll die where he stands.

Hey, stellar, even though they're not trained for your kind of tactics, its just another flaw that is hopefully cured by phase III. Right now, they've just been made sure some jedi doesn't pwn their a**. Smaller parasite, stronger constitution, and of course, force resilient so not to be fooled by mind tricks or affected by Battle Meditation.
