"Do I make you horny baby?"
Yeah. Too easy. Since he's the only admiral I've named, Vaklar' the one I figured you were talking about. Hence the assumption.

figuring that Ritt was supposed to be like Zechs Merquise, I think I'm a bit off... especially since I've never watched Top Gun, so I have no clue who I'm really basing him off of...

LT. Pete Mitchell, callsign : Maverick. He's who Tom Cruise plays.

As I said before, I've never watched the movie. I only know like three lines and that it involves one of the planes I despise rather intensely: the F-14.
I figure that Maverick is a stereotypical smartass pilot, like most are, but seeing as how we own the movie on Laserdisk, that should give you an impression of how long its been since we've even watched the b*****d as a family...

Dislike the payload's layout and its dependence upon a second person in the cockpit.
I'm an F-18 guy. More guns, more missles, and no naggy backseat waco/navagator.

Trainer aircraft always are twin-seaters. But the superhornet is primarily a one-person craft

I like the F-15 myself, one of them had a mid-air collision with a mig 29. Mig-29 went down in pieces, the F-15 flew back to base and landed, missing one wing. .

Mig-29's aren't bad craft either... They're russian, so they're kind of antiquated, but the only real disadvantage was a cluttered cockpit. They didn't really excel anywhere, but they weren't horrible at anythign at the same time....
