Just because they don't fight doesn't mean they can't protect themselves.
What they lack in saber skills they make up for in Force powers.
Besides, I highly doubt getting 1 planet will make her envied when everyone else has several already. They'd most likely think, " Well, someone finally cleaned up the slums. "

I'd still think even Siren would have some crotchsniffer who's got some decent saber skills to be her right hand. You don't simply trust in the power of lightning and hope to hell your enemy doesn't think about raising his guard against you.
But ast you said, one or two planets won't matter much.

That's what I was getting at.
By the time she's of any interest, she'll have her own little empire, which means she'll most likely have guards and all that flocking around with her.
She knows she's no match for a Jedi/Sith in combat so of course she's gonna at least have a bodyguard once she realizes anyone might be after that which she forged together.
" Lady Siren, intruders have breached into the fortress. Our defenses are comprised. "
" Send everything we've got at them, and you guys come with me. We're leaving. "
Either the total swarm of defenders succeed, or they fail and Siren has everything blown to Hell, or if it's of no consequence to her, just abondons it and goes elsewhere to start again.

Any commander who has a chance in hell of taking the world should have a good sized blockade up that would make any escape difficut.

She can make herself invisible to people's perceptions with the Force. Several Jedi and Sith have done that on multiple occassions. Not to mention, what they think is an escaping enemy might be a decoy to distract people from the real one.
She might not be leaving planet either. The point is simply to not be where they're coming to, not always leave the world.
Your objective being to win isn't always as easy to accomplish if the other person's objective is simply not to fail.
