	Best of luck to ya. and a general update I'm finally getting the hang of Hard mode in Rock band...man that makes me sound like a noob.

	I went to a friend's house and pulled a part off of his totaled car last night. I don't know what it was, or what it does, but it was fun getting that thing off... I also learned what an alternator is... (Don't remember what it does, though...)

	An alternator sends 14.5 volts to the batter while the car is running, with out it your batter will die and your car wont run. It is not a generator and will not charge the battery, unless you have a really old car.

	Yeah, battery, that thingy. The alternator in run off of the crank case pulley via a ‘V’ belt or serpentine belt. The alternator is like a generator, it’s internals are mostly copper wire wrapped around magnets. As it spins, it creates amperage, converts it to voltage, and sends it to your battery keeping your batter at a level 12 volts as the car runs.
