I know it's hot and cold weather that affect the guy's gender, but I forgot which way it is. Like if it's hot that makes him a guy and cold a girl, or hot turns him into a girl and cold makes him a guy.

Water. Not weather.
If he gets a bucket of cold water dumped on him, he becomes a girl. Dousing him with a bucket of warm water turns him back.
From what I've seen, the conditions require it to be at least a kettle full of water to engage the gender swap and it must be applied to the head or face. Either that or a total imersion in water.

I always thought it was weather.

My own transformation involves something similar. Getting a head/face full of any water turns me into an angry b***h. Changing back is just a time-related thing though.

Wasn't there one where Moouse (sp?) sees him as a girl and rips " her " shirt off, thinking it's a disguise?

Hmm. I'm watching Arrested Devolopment now, but once I'm done re-watching the series, I'll give Ranma a shot. I've heard good stuff.
