Dr. OCD I'll be in the TinyChat for a good portion of the weekend because I'm watching my brother's dogs... so I'm bored and alone. Watched Tommy Boy for the first time today. Also I'll be in the TinyChat for a while.

My best friend's dad committed suicide on Friday after going missing a week before. This is the second tragic best-friend-parent-death this year.

Dr. OCD My best friend's dad committed suicide on Friday after going missing a week before. This is the second tragic best-friend-parent-death this year. I'm sorry, that's really terrible.

I'm sorry, that's really terrible. Yeah, it has been really hard for him. The wake is tomorrow, funeral Wednesday. But another one of my friends came up to me today and told me she had run into him earlier that day and he told her that I was really helping him through it. I'm really glad she told me because I wasn't sure if I was doing anything to help him or not. I had just been texting him every day saying things like, "Thinking of you" and inviting him to hang out with me any time I went out somewhere.
