But you guys! I got my compression vest off today and I wore a t-shirt without anything underneath it for the first time and felt so complete. It was amazing. I can wander around without a shirt on (except not in the sun for another 5-11 months). I can do some light cardio for the next four weeks. It just feels so good.

I'm so happy and excited for you!
I looooove wearing nothing but a tshirt!! I know its definitely NOT the same, but it still feels great when you can wear nothing but a t-shirt, AND BE COMFORTABLE WITH IT! heart

:] Thank you. It is also MUCH cooler than past summers where I had to wear like three layers and felt like I was dying.

We were in the caboose and there were these really cool high up places to sit, like you could only get to them with a ladder AND THAT IS WHERE I SAT the view was so good.

Have any of you fine folks seen the movie The Awakening? My brother and I got it from Redbox tonight because it seemed like a decently good movie. I was not expecting it to be one of my favorite movies that I have seen in the last month! Damn it was good.

We are never getting to 5252.

But here's a really, really good quote I found the other day:

"By transcending societal views of beauty, I believe that I can focus more on my actions. My attitude and thoughts and actions have more value in them than my body because I recognize that this body is just going to become ash in the end, so why fuss about it? When I die, no one is going to remember what I looked like, heck, my kids will forget my voice, and slowly, all physical memory will fade away. However, my impact and legacy will remain: and, by not focusing on the physical beauty, I have time to cultivate those inner virtues and hopefully, focus my life on creating change and progress for this world in any way I can. So, to me, my face isn't important but the smile and the happiness that lie behind the face are."
