Essentially they turn into just a total p***k. the only advantage is the fact they play chess really well, but otherwise they just walk around being assholes to everyone.

The idea: Some Feudal Age peasant working a garden is time-warped into the modern day, which freaks them the Hell out, and they're driven to keep their " pure " garden/house neat and perfect in an otherwise crazy world. This would result in obsessive behavior with it, and freaking out with exposure to anything else.
