Flare Gun abuse FTW.
I hate when idiots complain about guns that require skill.
Mortar weapons are strategic things. You can't hide behind cover when the thing can go over walls to get you.

Indeed.
I once mortared in a paintball match. Guy was hiding behind a wall, and I couldn't get around to hit him without getting hit.
So, I aimed up and mortared. When I looked back over, I saw him walking away, a big green splat on his facemask.

Boba used Jasters old armor.
If even two Mandalores didn't have Beskar, I'm doubting every tom, d**k and mando had it. It was expensive, even on Mandalore. It even states that many Mandos didn't have it because of that reason.
Most suits would be quite old, and stayed in the family I bet.
