Roin Hood as a character was a total badass

But the rest of the movie was a joke

Especially King Richard. The guy was a tyrant, not a saint. You want to see what King Richard was like, go watch Braveheart. Granted, that was Edward I, but still, they basically had the same tempermant. Richard was no good king, but a warmongerer who only came back because his war had failed and his country was near usurption

I think you can just piss on the whole "Historical Accuracy" thing when the talking animals hit the screen.
I know the history. And I don't care.
Robin Hood is a legend, not historical fact. And when we're talking legends, we throw historical accuracy in the dumpster.

A for the movie...

The characters were all screwed up. The Baronness is now CC's brother and the forer wife of Duke. CC is responsible for most of the Cobra tech, and because of the relationship, is incidently Duke's step brother.

Both duke and Ripcord are close enough. They (along with CC who was originally named Rex) were in a military action in Somalia, where CC decides to go rogue and fake his death during a precision bombing.

GI JOE command is in Egypt. Cobra is somewhere under Greenland. The technology they use seems to be fine, and even the plot is okay.

I just don't like how they ******** up the characters. Oh, and killed Stormshadow...
