Plus he's a more interesting character than Apocalypse.

All I know about Apocalypse is he's basically an even more unstoppable version of Juggernaut, which still isn't all that unstoppable.

I agree with Magneto though. He's always outnumbered, and can take on whole teams of X-Men by himself. You don't get that awesome by a fluke.
