New Rule
If you have 2 characters in the same village, you MUST keep them apart. If one of them is a Kage, your Kage can not teach the other character techniques, by face to face interaction. If you intend to have you Kage teach a Genin that is your 2nd character, it must be by scrolls and/or missions. Also the scrolls or missions must take the Genin or other ranked character 2 times as long to master than normal.

We have a few extra forums So if anyone wants to suggest what we could use them as I'm open to suggestions
A few things to think of is:
Do we want an Off topic forum to clean up the main forum a little?
Should be have a forum just for Character Creation where all the threads telling you how to make a character are place?
Do we want a Battle Forum where you can practice using your character?
Anything you want to see in the Forums that there aren't?

Rules applying to Jutsu Libraries posted. This rule comes from a old MOD and the rule stands.
BJW Sorry to post here, but if the raikage ever PMs me about someone stealing, copying, ect., the scrolls, I will not only ban them from this village, but I will ban them from this guild. If anyone that is allowed to enter this room, which means that knows where it is, decides to do this, I will not ban them, but they will become a missing nin. I will not ban them because it is the Raikages fault for letting them know where the room is.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!
I will be going through the members after christmas and cleaning out any members who have zero post. If you are having trouble creating a character profile please PM me and I will help you out or at least post on one of the OCC threads on the home page so you are not banned.
Before Feburary I intend to go through the members and clean out any Inactive memebers and those without Character profiles. If you are working on a character profile or are having trouble making one once again Please PM me so that I know not to ban you.
If you do end up getting banned and wish to rejoin the Guild please PM me and I will send you an invitation to rejoin the guild.

Biography updates for Cloud ninjas are needed...each person gains one year in age, and you must start your Chunin exam arch of your bio. Also you may ask to have one skill unlocked if you have some in red. Mods can approve or disapprove at their own will.
