Well, when you think about it yes, smokers should have the same rights as everyone else. But people with asthma can be affected by the smoke, or other people with heart/lung problems. Sure, they shouldn't HAVE to leave the building or something just because they are smoking, but it is also just a matter of common courtesy. I mean, people don't necessarily want to be smelling stinky cigarettes while they are trying to do something.
(Why don't they just ******** suck it up then?)

Anecdotal evidence is meaningless. Your argument could be easily countered by pointing to people who were exposed the same way you were and did not develop respiratory problems.

As for whether or not i smoke, that is completely irrelevant. Indeed, your question is rather distasteful as it is meant to discredit me through an ad hominem attack.

To reiterate, there are no facts which show second hand smoke is dangerous.
