Bio:
Named 'silver clay' for his striking pelt, perhaps Agenti'Udongo would have been better called 'unbridled curiosity'. An inquisitive cat by nature, Udo must always poke and prod at anything and everything in his quest to discover it's purpose and reaction, a trait that is certain to get him into trouble. Fascinated by sound and movement, he is easily entertained by his own games, which unfortunately for his siblings often center around them.
For these reasons he often appears as an instigator, prodding at siblings until they react, nothing thinking or realizing that his actions may in fact be infuriating. Annoying though he may seem, Udo is a kind and gentle lion who seeks only to explore the world, not to harm other creatures.

Bio:
Born as Shinkawa, Ali�ikai is the son of a mistweaver huntress and her former rouge mate. The sole cub of the litter, born during the drought but before the plague, his parents named him Shinkawa for his brilliant blue coat and his apparent strength of heart. A healthy cub, he would bring new hope to them.
While exploring the caves of the mistweaver lands, young Shin squeezed through a small cave and became hopelessly lost. His parents searched desperately for him, but as they were unable to fit through the same cave they were unable to find him, and the cub was too far from earshot to hear their calls. Heartbroken, his mother wasted away until she perished; and his father, following his last promise to her, left the mistweavers to search for other caves for their son, he was never seen again.
The young cub wandered among the caves for days, perhaps weeks, barely surviving on whatever subterranean creatures he came across, until he at last reached an exit near the ocean. Exhausted and hungry, the cub collapsed on the sand, thinking he had breathed his last.
However, fate was on the young cub�s side; for it was here that he was discovered by Hadhi, an old male lion belonging to the subterranean Ananasi pride. Unwilling to leave the cub to his death, the old lion took him in, nourished him back to health, and adopted him as his own son, renaming him Ali�ikai because the ocean must have been looking over him for him to survive.
Hadhi has since passed on, but Ali remains a member of the Anansi pride, for they are his family and his home. Though there are still some nights when he remembers and thinks of his true parents and the lands he came from.
Time passes, hearts change, drawn by his connection to the water, Ali has since left the Ananasi pride, wandering the world on his own, driven by his bonds to the water and his catnip habit. |
