As of now, my favorite words are wisteria and superior, because the crayola color wisteria is superior to many colors, as is the plant. Have a nice day everyone!

Competence and incompetence.
I use it with my eight grade classmates, and they have no idea what I'm saying.
Should they know these words?

Doppelgaanger I like saturnine (gloomy) and pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconeosis (a lung disease contracted by inhaling fine silica dust). I congratulate you for spelling that right. My favorite word is antidisestablishmentarianism. In layman's terms, it's when you are against being against the establishment of something.

I like a lot of words. I like self-expression. I like belladonna, lunar, celestial, freedom, altruist, misanthrope, altercation (sounds better than "bicker", "fight", or "argue"), parry, indefatigable (tireless), determination, coexist, and tolerance. That's only a small list. I could keep going xd

~Back in high school, I learned the word "diaphonous" and stuck with it. ~I also learned "indubitably," and although I wondered why there would be a larger word that meant the exact same thing as "undoubtedly," I liked it. ~Then, there's "asinine"; for if my subject doesn't know what it means, I can call him stupid while getting away with it. ~I also enjoy "plethora" to replace the more commonly used word "several."

Silvermaiden More often than not though... I find myself saying "merf". I know it's not a real word or sound, but it's just something I started doing a long time ago. If all is quiet and noone is saying anything, I just go "merf" for no real reason. sweatdrop "Merf" as in "I need to pick my merf, cover me" sort of merf? Similar to a wedgie, only not as severe and usually self-inflicted? I like to say masticate and wiggity. Those words are the first words that pop into my head when I think of "fun to say," but there are more. I'm certain of it.

My favourite word changes frequently. Currently my favourite is harmatiology, the study of the origin (or doctrine, if you feel especially pompous) of sin.
