I loved her in the Land of Women as well! Even though I didn't like the movie itself, Stewart was amazing

I don't know if this is off subject or anything..., but there really isn't an 'American accent'. I mean, the people on the west coast pronounce everything very... well, how it's read, but people on the East coast have a very different accent. Boston for isnstance, typically pronounces Harvard as Hahvahd (no r's), so if she can do an East coast accent (in which their are many) than it really does no good. Also, I think that this Kristen Stewart will do a fine job, considering even Sephanie Meyer aproves.

Yeah, I agree. I'm Canadian and I have the same accent as my cousins who live in California, so it could be called a Canadian accent as well. Also, I live on the west side of Canada but if you go over to the Maritime provinces on the East side you'll find they have different accents than I do so I guess it's the same as in America. I don't really know why my accent is called an American accent.
When I went to England last summer there were some British kids and they were seeing who could do the best American accent and their version of American accents were like..western accents? Like..George Bush.
I really wanted to punch them because they were trying to do my accent and making me sound like a hick or something. But then, what they were doing technically is an American accent confused

em, sorry, but just following the book plotline would be BORINGGGG. Honestly! We ALL have imaginations...let's not ruin them with the stupid movie. Not only that, but...we'd all know what was going to happen! Let the movie be surprising! Quit BITCHING for the love of god. So what if they change the plot just a bit-- there will still be an edward and bella, he will still be hot, and you will get your godforsaken romance.

of course they don't follow they exact storyline of a book when they create movies and they add/change stuff. so perhaps my earlier statement was wrong. what i meant to say was that i hope the don't ruin the story line. i've seen some of my favorite books turned into movies and they have butchered them. i just hope it doesnt happen here

I'm sorry you felt that was directed at you, specifically. That message was mainly directed towards all the twelve year olds that decided to join the guild to talk about how hot Edward is. Really, my ranting is due to the fact that I'm sick of people panicking over the freaking movie.

there is alot of panicking now that you mention it. hmm but even if the movie does turn out horribly at least we have our books.

sure? I read that back and it said something about her seeing things that no one else but her and her brother can see. And her parents think she's going crazy. So i thought it was about hallucinations...or just an evil houce but thats kinda unoriginal at this point

Oh good! I think she will make an alright Belle! I can't really think of anyone else who would. I didn't even know they were making a movie. I mean I heard rumors from fan sites but they weren't sure if it was true or not! Now I"m exicted to hear that they are! 3nodding
