todos tienen razon en lo que dijeron, lo que yo se, es que el español es un idioma neolatino, osea que deriva del latín, igual que el francés, italiano, portugues y rumano, al menos eso es lo que he aprendido, para cualquiera de estos idiomas te sirve mucho aprender el latín, porque gran parte de las palabras tienen origen en ese idioma. El inglés tiene algunas cosas del latín, pero son mucho menos que en el español, el inglés tiene más base en el alemán.

planetearth237 antifreeze1994 NOTHER QUESTION! Which came first spanish or english? I have always wondered that! Because spanish and english have lotsa cognates. (words that sound similar and mean the same thing in different languages. i.e. conpyuutaa(japanese)=computer(english)) im pretty sure spanish came first, and heres why: Spanish is a "romance language". There are 3 of these "romance languages: Spanish, French, and Italian. They are all derived from Latin, mainly. Many words in english come almost directly from French, and other languages that come from Latin (German, Dutch). So if the romance languages inspired english, they would have had to come first right? I don't know this for sure, this is just my logic.
@anitfreeze-Spanish came first, and the reason why so many words sound similar is because many of the new words like "click" "computer" "telephone" are new concepts and many languages just use the English word with a twist
@planetearth-There are 5 Romance Languages (Spanish, French, Italian, Romanian, and Portuguese) and German, Dutch, etc. are not derived Latin, the are Germanic languages that developed on their own, and English isn't a Romance language because it is a combination of two of the weirdest languages in the world (French+German=English) |

Hi! the correct way would be:
"hola! como estas? no sé hablar mucho español.
You should write first the subject, then the verb and then the all the full complement...

Esas latas o la tal basura las canjeas en las shop por ciertas cosas. Tienes que hablar con los dependientes para que las transformen, en este caso tienes que ir a Ruby's rack y debajo de la imágen de la dependienta aparece "exchange trash" ahí te dan items de acuerdo a la cantidad de basura que tengas ^^
thewizard3 i just need translations. how do you say, "have a good day/ night" and, "i made a mistake" i work and the workers are spanish. and i know some spanish, (parents are from mexico) but since i know english more better, i forget some words. thanks in advance.
