Wow. It seems as though miken-chan has been sucked into the world of Fantasy role-play. Hehe. It was fun while Tales of Symphonia lasted. I hope that it gets increasingly harder though. It was too easy towards the end to beat. I want a challege! XP

Miwaslover Wow. It seems as though miken-chan has been sucked into the world of Fantasy role-play. Hehe. It was fun while Tales of Symphonia lasted. I hope that it gets increasingly harder though. It was too easy towards the end to beat. I want a challege! XP I still haven't beaten Baten Kaitos...you know the game that's advertised on the back of the instruction booklet for ToS...?
It's a really good game...
I used to hate roleplaying games because I couln't even beat the basic monsters, but Symphonia got me entranced in RPG games...

Did anyone here know that the "Tales" series is the 3rd most popular in Japan? It's right behind Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest...It's nowhere as popular in the US...which is really sad...

That is evident yeah. Considering it was a sleeping hit with the gamers. I hope the second part of the series comes of well in "Tales of the Abyss". I forget the name of the third part that is in the making. The company also produce other "Tales of..." games which none of I can remember! D:
I played Baten Kaitos too and I almost completed the game on the second disc when I have to freakin battle all three of the main bosses at once! D: I gave up and need to start a new game. I think I have tried to beat the part over fifty times ending every time with me slamming the controller on the ground in frustration and screamin, "WTF!!". Guah! Why all three? The farthest I ever got was getting rid of the girl one but then I died right after damn it all! D: Hope that you are doing better than me miken-chan. What part are you on?

Heh...The boss I can't beat is Fadroh...It's super hard with his 7000HP and evil super-attacks...it's even harder because you can't use Kalas...

ninja Ugh. Does that mean your farther or behind me? I know there are multiple storylines in Baten Kaitos according to what you choose though.

cry I did not know that. Isn't it funny that I have played at least a couple of both FF and DQ games but not even one tales of game?

miken-chan Sephiralen Miwaslover Unfortunately not. Though they are what you couldbe te children of the people in the first game. The main character looks a lot like a Kratos and Shina cross over. Yeah. And another looks like Genus had some kids too. Whoo. It looks great though. It should be coming out soon though all sites that I have been to have said To Be Announced. Oh that's pretty cool but still... I'd prefer the old charas.... whee Can't wait tp play it though!! mrgreen I'm sorry to inform you all, but I did some research and it seems Tales of the Abyss has barely any connections to Symphonia.The places and the history in Abyss differs way too much from Symphonia to be connected to it. How disappointing!! Oh well, I guess I was kinda expecting it anyway.... whee

If anyone here knows how to use a SNES emulator, you can download a ROM of Tales of Phantasia, I don't know how to, so I'm saving up for the GBA version. WARNING: The SNES version is not censored like the GBA version! I'm guessing from the screenshots on the Ship and in that Inn, it has to Be at least T+!

PS- There are some name changes (SNES to GBA):
Cless Alvein = Cress Albein
Klarth F. Lester = Clause F. Lester
(C'mon! How could they replace such a cool name like Klarth with...Clause!)
