I see Goku as the seme. Even though Vegeta is stubborn and Proud. If Goku sexual side makes him more aggressive in the bed,he can over power Vegeta. God that would be a good Yaoi to watch..And Like..Goku's serious side would come out too and wouldn't be so damn slow.

I generally think Vegeta is emotionally dominant in their "relationship" if that's what we're calling it.
But I rather like the idea of Vegeta having to surrender that control and let Goku's aggression slip out during sex.
