He has long-ish emerald green spiky hair with one large spike coming out to one side. He has a pair of goggles, black with green tinted lenses (they're... treated or something) and usually wears a black vest with lots of zippers and pockets over a green shirt.
His hair and goggles generally stay the same, but feel free to do what you wish with the clothing. If you're not feeling particularly creative at the time, his black vest with lots of zippers and a long sleeve shirt are basically standard. If you want to make something new for him, I only ask no dresses. He's not a drag queen, unfortunately.
Personality-wise, he's mostly a loner. He's cynical to a point of near depression and spends almost all of his time playing with computers. He doesn't smile much (smirks are ore his style) and genuinely doesn't care for anything aside from himself and the power he pretends to have.
