BIO: A sly b*****d who only cares about himself. Deep down he's depressed, but he refuses to let it affect him and always puts up a smile. His depression only shows itself through his vices, the chief of which is women (and, occasionally, men). His other vices are blood and violence. Wey loves a good fight. While he's not insane he cares very little for others; though he may grow fond of a few individuals he would never sacrifice his life for anyone, not even his own cubs. He will respect the bosses and forge alliances but will never turn his back on anyone, except perhaps an entertainer. He's intelligent and his intelligence is only surpassed by his patience. He can lie still for hours in the shadows waiting for prey to wander by. In spite of all this, Wey has a heart. A small, black, shriveled little heart.
Wey has been a loner for most of his life. A while back he met Aiko and stayed with her for a couple of nights, enjoying her company and attention, but one day she just disappeared. At first he shrugged it off, but months passed and he found himself thinking of her again. While searching for her he was captured by guards and dragged unconscious into the pride.

BIO: At an early age she was identified with being a good vessel for the spirits, as she was constantly being ceased by visions. Her family urged her to become a poupe. Kialio resisted this at first, saying she wanted to be a guard, but she's grown to accept her rank. Given her powers this is probably the best choice. Her parents were a mambo and a madsen fey, but it was her mother who most encouraged her to take up the rank of poupe.
She keeps her emotions very much under control. She does not like to do this, and there are moments when she loses her composure, but she knows it is the only way to make her life livable. Due to the way her powers interfere with her life she has decided never to take a mate - the last time she did, it didn't turn out so well. However, she does want to have cubs one day.
Physically she's bulkier than most females. She's athletic, loves to hunt and knows how to defend herself. She is methodical in all she does and uses daily rituals to keep her life in order and her mind focused. She can be quite impatient with some people, especially pranksters and argumentative types. Even though she loves to help others her cold and defensive attitude often gets in the way of providing real emotional support.She doesn't like the person her powers have made her into but seems determined to make the best of her situation. Despite her condition she makes it her business to know her fellow pride members by name and generally tries to be friendly to everyone. Some might find her nosey.
She was once in love with a guard named [Blank]. They were married and for a while it seemed they would have a happy life together, but the relationship soon went down hill. Every time [Blank] tried to get close to her her seer powers activated, making it impossible for them to be intimate. She began avoiding him and the relationship quickly crumbled. Heart-broken, Kia vowed to never take a mate again. Despite this, her desire for cubs remains strong.
She is most often used for summoning Rada Loa and Ghede Loa. Due to her gender and coloring she would be the perfect poupe for summoning a Kongo Loa, though this is her greatest fear.
Seer Powers: Her powers activate only in a heightened emotional state. Normally her triggers are 'hot' or 'warm' emotions (elation, rage). The summoning ritual heightens these emotions, so she normally doesn't need a drink to connect with the spirits. She has mixed feelings about the spirits, which she believes are the cause of her visions, sometimes feeling that she is their slave or plaything.
Each vision begins in this way: First she becomes dizzy. Her vision fades in and out, replaced by an opaque darkness that eventually becomes what she 'sees.' With effort she can abort the vision before it reaches this point. At the final stage her whole body starts to quiver, her eyes roll back into her head and her mouth hangs open as the spirits take hold. She is usually able to stand up and speak during this time. Sometimes she speaks in tongues. Even stranger she may sometimes walk around in the throws of a vision, though she is never aware of where she's going or what she is doing.
