The majority of the members of Gaia aren't old enough to smoke. They have to cator towards the majority of their users. I agree it is stupid that they would "ban" tobaccoo items on here, the little kids will be exposed to it either way and most likely in real life before any where else.

I've been able to smoke for 4 years now. Thanks for making me feel like a creeper for being on Gaia.

The thing is i never really got it any way. I never really owned any of the smoking items in gaia, or in the years i have been on here, i never really seen any one have an issue with it before. The thing is the things that the Moderators and the people who own gaia need to crack down on is the fact that people hack others accounts just to get the virtual gold and items that are in their account. I have got my account hacked, well different ones many times, and each one i saved my items and crap, except for one, before the person just got it banned. The thing is my accounts keep on getting hacked and the person who hacked them sold either real life items on it or tried having sex or selling porn through them which pissed me off, because i know that it was not me who did it, and some one else did

That's how most websites are nowadays they don't give jack s**t about the user...they deal with hackers but in the least Functional way possible they should get the authorities involved I mean hacking is "Illegal" when your doing it over the internet.....

Yea true, and seriously i hate it, because when a few perverted people, when i first joined Gaia in like 2005 or late 2004, sent me these things about having sex and s**t, and one was very detailed, and i mean very detailed, and i reported all of them and they never got banned except for one, and then the account i first joined with got hacked but i saved the items, after finding out that it survived and the person didnt get it banned or steal any thing...

It's not that they don't care, it's just hard to keep up with all of the occurrences. It happens so often and there's only so many people who can work on the issue.
