The Meta is finally meeting it's end.

The inner civil war of the pride had taken way to many lives and Seiji, being back stabbed by Hosoku only to find out that he stabbed his own beliefs by falling in love with Rhea ( the leopard SEER ). While the pride was in turmoil, with the help of some gods like the goddess of Tornadoes... Finally... The pride was silenced.. And Emi showed her face as her rebellion army took over the pride by storm. After all is said and done.. Emi was announced- proclaimed herself as the New Boss Lady of the pride..

And with that, NEW RANKS Have been added to the pride's registry!

Word is that a strange lioness has wandered into the lands and is seeking help. Her comrade has gone missing during their travels and she fears he may have gotten bitten by something that is making him sick; as he had a fever last she saw him. She left him for a moment to find him some food and when she returned he was gone.

Announcement:
ShinosBee has decided to move on and has given me permission to establish a new IC Leader and a new OOC Owner. Ame is stepping down as the Gypsy Queen and in her place, Fireheart will be taking on the role. Because of this, SilverLutz will be our new IC Owner. This transition will take place in a private rp and then announced to the pride in a larger open roleplay. As for our new OOC owner, Saint Sergio has offered to give me a hand in maintaining the owner's list and overseeing the pride's rules, etc. There shouldn't be too much of an in-character recoil. If there are any concerns, please contact Thalion.

Mouselet was kind enough to help me update the Member's List, as well as make it more user-friendly. The images were nice, but the pride is large enough that it really was hell on those with slower connections.

Please look at it and make sure the information is up to date! PM the Mule with any changes requested. There were some litters we never got information for, but were shown on K'A certs so please make sure to let us know if the cubs are NOT in the pride.

As always, please keep the pride updated with new litters, members that have died, or members that have left the pride for good. Thanks for all your help!

Also, new ranks and positions (as well as ways to obtain said ranks) have been added. Most of these specialty ranks and Master positions have some RP requirements to obtain, but they are open to all adults.

In honor of Halloween, the Mwana are holding a little mini-event along with the meta that is currently going on: Raiding Parties!

With special blessings from the shaman, Mwana members can cover themselves with skins and go out in the daylight to recruit new members and hunt for cubs and bloodbinders to take back to the pride. Prizes for rp include edits, item sets, and even custom SoA! Even SoA not part of the pride can participate by rping with a Mwana member! Check out the Bad Blood event thread for full details.

Also, make sure to review the memberlist and make sure its up to date with all of your members! We count on you folks to let us know when members change status or new ones arrive so we can keep the list up with everyone.

Announcement: First off, the pride has gone through changes...including a NAME change! We are now the Peponi-pya! All information in the pridal subforum has been changed to reflect this. As such, if you were of the 'Warrior' or 'Navigator' rank, you'll need to get re-certed as either a Guard or an open rank of your choosing! Seocndly, if your SoA is leaving the pride, PLEASE post in the 'Memberlist Updates' thread so the memberlist can be updated accordingly!

We now have another co-owner Hopefolly! There will be more RP opportunities about with the extra help.

There will be a large ORP opening soon, in this a messenger will being back some good news about the old leaders (They appear to be alive, YAY!) Just a note, until the RP has been finished Characters in Pride do not know the leaders are alive, yet. ;D

Alternatively, you should read the latest update in the Announcements thread. Things are changing in the pride, and it will probably have an effect on your character.

Announcement:
- Good news! The Kizingo'zaa and Bahari'mtoto Prides have managed to avoid the war due to some level headed individuals and clever diplomacy. The Bahari'mtoto and Kizingo'zaa will now have the benefit of an alliance (with full details provided in the subforums - breeding, diplomacy and so on).

- In the wake of the bravery demonstrated by various members of the Bahari'mtoto during the Kizingo'zaa cubnappings, two members of the pride have now been promoted. Vainamo and Neoni'liga will take the positions of Welfare Councillor and Diplomacy Councillor respectively.

- The Bahari'mtoto are also looking for diplomatic and approachable members of the pride to become diplomats. At this moment in time the position of diplomat for the Kizingo'zaa is open (with more to follow). Any member of the pride excluding cubs may apply!

- And finally, we're also recruiting our final council member. A glorious architect who will be in charge of the Bumani (builders) of the pride. If your lion fancies themselves as a visionary who has big ideas, and feels they can co-ordinate the builders to work towards creating awesome new homes, then let us know. Once again, anyone may apply for this role.

The Kizingo’Zaa and the Bahari’mtoto have made an alliance! Because of this, a new festival will begin between the two in which both prides are encouraged to mingle, laugh, sing, dance, and most importantly- keep a flow of fresh blood moving in-between them! Yes, young singles will be encouraged to flirt, fling, or get married during this time. The couple will then need to decide which pride in which to make their vows and ultimately raise a family within. Please read up on the info posted in the Kizi’s main pride info thread!

Announcement: The royal family is alive and has returned to the pride! In light of this, Kitambi has stepped down as Malenga and her daughter, Nantale, has stepped up. There is an ongoing ORP feast in the subforum to celebrate. Expect the potential for new ranks and events soon!
