I've seen AND read Naruto
I've seen AND read One piece
and here is where I stand:
Luffy's crew could easily wipe out the Genins
same with the chunins
Some of the pirates are even better than the jounins & ANBU
Same goes vice-averse
So I'd say their well-about equal
ninja = pirate
