Quote: Muirne is a warm, friendly, cheerful, and hospitable sort, fond of sprites and a good dance beat. She can't really hold still once the music starts, and she can't stop the nonsensical syllables that pour from her muzzle in time to the music. Never one to turn people away, if you can't pay a more traditional price for her goods and services, Muirne will accept a good deed or a good performance that captures her mind and body. Sometimes offers to do nice things, she believes in paying favors forward. Really loves the smiles and excitement of sprites exploring the world around them. If anyone wants to learn something from her, she'll happily teach them what they want to know. Knowledge is part and parcel of discovery, and discovery means seeing the world afresh, even if it wasn't your discovery.
Quote: Muirne owns and runs Preas na Dearc, making jams, jellies, preserves, pickles, syrups, and fruit butters. It's a full-time business, broadly speaking, but goes through phases: during the off-season, Muirne does all the preserving, brewing, bottling, and canning, spending the majority of her days just making stock, filling orders of local businesses and residents; during the busy season, she sells the majority of her stock to travelers and visitors. It's often a busy and rough schedule, but she makes it work. To help the business during the off-season, Muirne does run a bed-and-breakfast for one small group or family of travelers during the busy season. While these activities keep her busy in the daytime, it's the evenings when Muirne feels most alive. While working in the kitchen, she can usually be caught singing catchy tunes entirely in gibberish, using her voice as an instrument in a tradition called puirt-a-beul, stringing her nonsensical syllables together into a dance tune whose meaning one feels they could catch if they only understood the words.
Quote: Much as she loves Preas na Dearc, Muirne would love to sing her puirt-a-beul at dances, maybe even join a band that plays at all the social dances in the village. Sharing her puirt-a-beul with other would-be singers would also be awesome. The music would absolutely be a side activity, but a fun one to share with those around her, and spread to future generations of sprites. Preas na Dearc would stay a constant in her life. At this point, Muirne does not have plans to have sprites of her own. Too much to do at this stage of her life, and she's not sure she'd have the attention to keep an eye on a bunch of sprites in a kitchen filled with fragile containers and pots of various fluids boiling away over flames.

Personality and Backstory: Born the youngest son to two generations of Spirit Breedings between mares who didn't stick together, Siroccan has nevertheless known the love of (one of) his mother(s) and his five older siblings all his life. His head filled with stories of his forebears on all sides of the family, Siroccan takes immense pride in who he is...potentially to his own downfall, one day. A wiser Soq not raised on fairy tales and children's stories might approach knighthood and a chivalric lifestyle with more gravitasse and awareness of the risks involved.
Alas, Siroccan is as brash and impulsive as any knight from a romance, gracious and kind, imperious and proud, unwilling to let slights to his own honor, or those he chooses to associate with, go unchallenged. While he is content to go off to fight the dragon or compete in any feat of martial prowess, Siroccan is a naive knightling. There may come a day when he gets in over his head, or is seduced into becoming a black-hearted knight behind the golden rose of the Tyrells. One can only hope that he sweeps the right person off their feet, regardless of breeding, gender or species.

Personality and Backstory: Vrati was born to a family that goes back into the depths of history, giving them pride, and the strong affiliation of the lineage with wolves means that mutants like Vrati are prized enough to get spoiled rotten. Shame that the na Volczek family used up their wealth several generations back, leaving Vrati with naught but a name and more than enough bad personality to go around.
Proud, spoiled and arrogant, Vrati is the archetypal picture of the jerkface nobleman. Hard to please, but once one has earned Vrati's respect, Vrati will do a lot for that person, including giving up a share of the booty that Vrati feels he absolutely deserves. While Vrati prefers to obey the law, no matter how ruthless and selfish, his opinions on deceit are that if someone is dumb enough to get conned, then they very seldom deserve to keep their possessions. Not the third wheel by any means, he finds Risa cute and Locksley magnificent.
Risa and Locksley met some time ago, hatching a scheme to scam the wealthy out of their stuff, to share with those in need. Well, except for whatever Risa chose to keep. The con was simple; Locksley would pretend to hunt Risa, who would call for help. It worked quite well, up until they met Lord Vratislav na Volczek. Acting every bit the noble t**t, Risa and Locksley expected it to be a great success...until they realized that Vrati was flat broke, and an excellent actor and liar. Rather...interested...in this down-at-the-heels noble with surprising talent, they recruited him to their cause.
Quote: A lot of the early plotlines would be to generally soften the edges off Risa and Vrati, sort out their relationship to Locksley's heroics. In the long run, as they went about their merry, scandalous way, should they encounter other Soquili with significant acting chops, the inclination would be to form an acting guild/troupe, to support those in need, to raise those both in need of a more steady career, and those with the talents to participate in such a lifestyle, and to get the life that the three of them have, to a greater or lesser extent, longed for. As they get to know each other better, it is also quite probable that they would form a polyamorous relationship between the three of them, raising any children together, as a group, with love and pride.
